Digital Storytelling

The Impending Snow Day video reminded me of this gem.  These kids are brilliant and have brought digital storytelling to a new and argumentative level.

  1. Thanks for sharing this video. I noticed it had over a million viewers on YouTube. I will try to find a blog a student from Scotland started about the food at her school. The blog went viral last June, and the girl was interviewed on television. If I can find the blog, I will respond in another reply.

It is pretty amazing that a 9 year old through blogging can have the power to reach out to the world. There is a lot in her blogging also about connecting with other kids worldwide about the cultural aspects of food in their country.

  3. Admittedly, these kids have a point. Although schools are moving towards healthier lunches - the majority of what is serves is neither enough or appetizing in taste or appearance. This was another great way to get the :Message out" in an entertaining way. Great example Kelly
